I'm Yolanda Williams, founder and CEO of I Am THE Evidence Apparel-and my life is living proof that your past does not have to determine your future.

My journey has not been easy. I have experienced marijuana addiction, homelessness, incarceration, rejection, and the struggle of rebuilding my life after spending six years in prison. There was a time when I felt trapped by my circumstances, my choices, and the labels society placed on me. But my story did not end there.

On August 12, 2017, I made the decision to take my life back. Since then, I have transformed my pain into purpose and my setbacks into evidence of what is possible. Today, I am a successful entrepreneur, barber, trader, advocate, motivational voice, and leader committed to supporting justice-impacted women and others who are fighting to rebuild their lives.

I created I Am THE Evidence Apparel because I wanted people to be able to wear their testimony. This brand is for anyone who has survived something, overcome something, or become something others said they never could. Every shirt carries a message of hope, strength, freedom, and transformation.

"I Am THE Evidence" means I don't just talk about change-I am proof that change is possible.

I am the evidence that there is life after addiction.

I am the evidence that there is purpose after prison.

I am the evidence that your worst decision does not have to become your final destination.

My journey from prison to purpose is bigger than me. I share it so someone else can see what is possible for their own life. If my story gives even one person a reason to keep going, believe again, or take the first step toward freedom, then I have done what I was called to do.

This is more than apparel. It is a testimony. It is a movement. It is a hope shot.
