- It's crucial to note that orders can only be modified or canceled within a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun or after the tracking number has been generated.
- Customers may return a defective item within 7 days of receipt to receive an identical replacement at no additional cost.
